Refund Policy

Plain rules, no hidden fine print

We’d like you to be at Anam because it is useful to you. If it isn’t, you should get your money back. Below are the full rules for refunds, with nothing tucked away in a corner.

Seven-day no-questions-asked window

The Plus subscription is fully refundable within seven days of the purchase date. You don’t need a reason and you don’t need to explain. A short email is enough.

Renewals

The Plus subscription can be cancelled any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future charges; the current period stays active until it ends.

Charges from automatic renewals are, as a rule, non-refundable. That said, if you genuinely haven’t used the service during a renewed cycle, write to us — we’ll review it case-by-case.

One-time 100-Pass

The one-time 100-Pass is refundable within seven days of purchase if fewer than ten conversations have been used. Beyond either of those thresholds, refunds are no longer available.

How to request

Email 1162831431stone@gmail.com with the subject «Refund + your account email». We usually process requests within one to two business days. The refund returns to the original payment method — the time to land back in your account depends on your bank, typically three to ten business days.

Cancelling without a refund

If you simply want to end the subscription but don’t need a refund, you can cancel any time from Settings → Subscription, or email us and we’ll take care of it. The free tier remains available after cancellation.
