我们存什么

  • 你的对话内容（按一个匿名 ID 归档，那个 ID 由你的浏览器本地生成）。
  • 当你的输入触发危机关键词时，我们会单独记录原始文本，用于改进安全词库。
  • 触发危机时识别到的语种与匹配关键词。

我们不存

  • 你的 IP 地址、邮箱、手机号、设备指纹。
  • 第三方追踪 cookie 或广告标识。
  • 任何能反向定位到具体个人的字段。

匿名 ID

每次首次访问，浏览器为你生成一个 16 位的匿名 ID 存在 localStorage。 清除浏览器数据，这个 ID 就消失，连同它在我们数据库里关联的对话历史一起， 不会再被任何人取回。

删除请求

如果你想立即抹掉一段对话或全部历史，把你的匿名 ID 发到 1162831431stone@gmail.com，我们会在 7 天内处理。

We store your conversations under an anonymous 16-character ID generated locally by your browser. We log original text only when a crisis keyword is triggered, to improve the safety lexicon. We do not store IP addresses, emails, phone numbers, device fingerprints, or third-party tracking cookies. To delete a conversation or your entire history, send your anonymous ID to 1162831431stone@gmail.com. We process within 7 days.
